Kerry Saltzman is an experienced trial attorney, having litigated numerous commercial matters in both state and federal court, including breach of contract claims, cases involving trade secret violations, breach of fiduciary duty claims and restrictive covenant violations. Mr. Saltzman is also an experienced labor and employment attorney. He advises corporate clients on day-to-day employment issues and has represented clients before state and federal courts and agencies throughout the country on a wide variety of labor and employment matters ranging from union-management issues to claims of unlawful harassment and discrimination.
